Questions clinics ask
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Create an account and start straight away. Nothing is charged during the 30 days.
What happens when the 30 days end?
We email you a week before. If you subscribe, nothing changes. If you don't, your account becomes read-only, so you can still open and export everything.
Who counts as a physiotherapist?
Anyone who sees patients and has their own column in the calendar. Reception, practice managers and owners who don't treat patients are free.
Can every physiotherapist read a patient's notes?
Yes. Notes live on the patient's record, so whoever sees the patient next can read what was done and pick up the plan. Every note shows who wrote it and who last edited it.
Can you bring over our patients from another system?
Yes, your patient list. Save it from a spreadsheet or your old system as a CSV file and import it from Settings. You check every row before anything is added, and nobody already in your clinic is added twice. Bookings and notes from another system are not imported.
Do physiotherapists need to install an app?
No. Vindecare runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Where are our records stored?
On servers in the European Union. Each clinic's records are walled off from every other clinic's by the database itself.
Which languages does it support?
English today. More languages are in development, starting with Greek.
