Features
Everything your clinic runs on, from the first booking to the last session.
Reception books the day, physiotherapists write the notes, owners keep the clinic running. Here is what each of them gets, and what is still in development.
For reception
A calendar with a column for every physiotherapist.
- Tap an empty slot to book. An hour by default, 30 or 90 minutes when you need it.
- Drag to reschedule, stretch to change the length.
- Each booking shows where the patient is in their course of treatment, like session 3 of 6.
- Block time off. If patients are already booked in it, you get a warning, so you can move them first.
- Open a quick look at any appointment without leaving the day.
- Every screen updates the moment someone books. Double bookings are refused.

For reception
One record per patient, with everything in it.
- Every patient gets a reference number.
- Sort and filter the list, and select many patients at once.
- Search ignores accents, so typing Muller also finds Müller.
- Bookings, sessions, plans and notes all sit on the patient's record.
- Patients are archived, never deleted.
Practitioner view
A dedicated view for every physiotherapist.
Every physiotherapist gets a view of their own, built for the phone: their day, their patients and the session in front of them. No app to install.
- My day lists only your own patients, in order. Mark a no-show or block your own time from there.
- Tap a patient and the session opens, with the plan for today written at the end of the last visit.
- Sections follow the session, from what changed since last time to the plan for next time, and show what is left in each.
- Saves as you type. Notes stay editable, with the last editor's name at the bottom.
- Large controls, so it works one-handed between patients.

For physiotherapists
Treatment and tests, recorded the way you did them.
- Log each treatment set by set: reps, load or time, with one tap when it went as planned.
- Last visit's numbers sit next to each set, so progression is one glance.
- A rest timer under every exercise.
- Every test shows its change since the last visit. A worse result is written out, not just coloured.
- Home exercise programmes from your clinic's own library, one line per exercise.

For owners
Know how the clinic is running, week by week.
- Appointments counted one way everywhere: completed, booked, not marked, no-show and cancelled.
- Utilisation by physiotherapist, compared with the week before.
- Every chart can be shown as a table.
- Clinic hours, services, expenses and a contacts directory in one place.
- Invite physiotherapists by email. Reception, physiotherapist and owner roles each see what their job needs.
